CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing quality bedside care under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being through attentive support and adherence to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in condition.
• Document care provided and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF or similar environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and compassionate care approach.
• Ability to comply with infection control and safety protocols.
