CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care services as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a skilled nursing facility. Play a vital role in supporting the health and comfort of residents through compassionate and reliable assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Support patients with mobility and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with facility standards.
• Follow all infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and exemption documentation.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
• Must bring valid state or federal  wear a photo badge at all times.
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or hold approved exemption documentation.
