Position DescriptionThe Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to support road, site, and highway construction projects. This role contributes directly to project quality, productivity, and safety by ensuring equipment is used effectively, maintained properly, and aligned with project specifications and timelines.

Travel:
This role requires extensive travel—up to 100% to project sites across New Hampshire, based on operational needs.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position works both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. It involves heavy physical work, including moving objects weighing up to 100 pounds or more. The role requires working on or near moving mechanical parts and loud equipment.
