Position: Order Selector / Reach Truck Operator
We're seeking an experienced  
** Order Selector / Equipment Operator
** to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting the movement of materials throughout the distribution center.

** Pay** : $20-21/hour

** Shifts** : 1st Shift 6am-230pm | 2nd Shift 330pm-12am

** What You'll Do*
* + Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently

+ Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

+ Receive, store, and move inventory throughout the warehouse

+ Load and unload materials as needed

+ Perform inventory counts and cycle counts

+ Package and prepare orders for shipment

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as assigned

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment

+ Experience in order selecting, picking, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

+ Comfortable working at elevated heights

+ Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Reach truck experience

+ Cherry picker/order picker experience

+

Experience with inventory transactions and warehouse management systems

+ Forklift certification (current or previous)
