The Roofing Canvasser creates homeowner interest and schedules free roof inspections in assigned neighborhoods. The role requires consistent activity, accurate system use, a friendly low-pressure approach and strict appointment-verification procedures. Canvassers do not perform inspections unless separately authorized and trained.

• Arrive at the designated meeting place by 10:00AM local time and attend the Team Lead huddle.
• Receive an iPad, confirm system access and understand the assigned Sales Rabbit route, backup plan, permit conditions, breaks, lunch, drop-off and pickup plan.
• Travel by company van to the assigned neighborhood and remain inside the designated route unless the Team Lead approves a change.
• Plan to knock 100 homes each day and enter every house into Sales Rabbit with the correct disposition and useful notes - no exceptions.
• Average 2-3 appointments per day while maintaining complete, accurate homeowner and property information.
• Return the iPad to the Team Lead at shift close and participate in the daily recap.

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners door to door.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching.
• Ability to walk assigned neighborhoods and work outdoors in appropriate conditions.
• Comfort using an iPad, Sales Rabbit and digital scheduling forms.
• Prior canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not required.

• We cover group van transportation, you just need to arrive at the office each morning.

On Target Earnings: $80,000.00 - $ per year
