Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Controls Engineer
- Franklin, OH plant to join their team. As a Controls Engineer
- Franklin, OH plant, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing and automation teams. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $33-** $40 Hourly

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide controls and electrical engineering support to the assigned UAP cell and maintenance efforts.

+ Become an expert to assist maintenance in troubleshooting and supporting the plant UAP through problem-solving methodologies.

+ Aim to eliminate downtime and decrease quality defects to enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Write, create, and modify programs to meet plant objectives using automation tools.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and automation systems.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum education level:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline; or 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.

+ Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

+ Proficiency with AutoCAD (electrical and mechanical) and Allen Bradley software and programming.

+ Ability to troubleshoot PLC programs effectively.

+ Experience leading and managing automation of manufacturing processes.
