Advocate Healthcare Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Franklin, OH. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and social outings
• Administer medications and follow healthcare protocols as directed
• Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centered care
