• Leading a team of dietary staff in providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate meal delivery to our patients
• Coordinating with the culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of inventory, production, and food safety
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient satisfaction and meet dietary needs
• Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
