Turabify Co. is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related inquiries
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination letters
- Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions
- Assist with HR compliance and record keeping
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Hands‑on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Exposure to recruiting, hiring systems, and business operations
