Position ResponsibilitiesServe as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement. This role combines client engagement, technical diagnostics, data analysis, and coordination of deployments to support business-critical applications.
Position RequirementsMinimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field.
- + five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
- Demonstrable knowledge of: .Net;
Java;
Python; SQL;
Oracle; GCP – Cloud Computing;
Postgre
SQL;
React Js;
NodeJS;
Rally;
Service Now;
Launch Darkly;
Splunk;
Git Hub Copilot;
Postman; and Kubernetes. - Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required.
- May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
