Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Location: Franklin, Ohio 45005

Experience: Entry level, 6 months +

If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting high-quality fixtures, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Craft & Assemble: Build, assemble, and install high-quality cabinets, shelves, and other fixtures.
• Laminate & Edge: Laminate various parts using a spray glue gun and perform machine or manual edge banding based on custom specs.
• Shape & Finish: Cut, shape, and plane wood using a variety of power saws and woodworking tools, and apply beautiful stains or finishes.
• Read Blueprints: Follow technical specifications, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure exact dimensions.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of carpentry/woodworking experience (cabinet making and laminating experience is highly preferred).
• Tool Savvy: Confident and safe operation of power saws, sanders, planers, and joiners.
• Skills: Strong basic math and problem-solving skills, great communication, and a team-player attitude.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift and maneuver building materials.
