From Prep to Presentation (Job Duties)

• Clean, vacuum, wash, and detail units to auction-ready standards
• Remove dirt, debris, and interior/exterior imperfections to maximize appeal
• Maintain consistent quality across a high-volume production environment
• Move and stage units safely in and out of detailing and holding areas
• Work efficiently to meet tight auction schedules and turnaround times
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support team workflow to ensure readiness for scheduled auction runs

Built for the Work (Requirements)

• Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate and move units on site
• Experience in detailing, cleaning, or preparation work preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality presentation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality in a production-driven setting
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and workflow standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong, consistent work ethic
