Support the Shift Lead and Press Operator during make‑ready and daily press operations;
Stage all materials, rolls, and ink required for upcoming jobs;
Inspect, clean, and handle plates, sleeves, mandrels, and anilox rolls;
Mount plates accurately using work orders, job jackets, print cards, and Mylar;
Mix and dispense ink to customer specifications and maintain proper pH/viscosity
