If you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you!

• Precision Cutting:
  Safely set up and operate a sliding table/panel saw to accurately cut sheet goods (plywood, particleboard, MDF, melamine, laminates, and wood species).
• Read & Blueprint:
  Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and work orders to ensure exact specifications and grain alignment.
• Quality & Efficiency:
  Inspect raw materials, minimize sheet waste, verify measurements to fractions, and ensure clean, square cuts.
• Organization:
  Label, stack, and stage finished parts to keep downstream production moving seamlessly.
• Maintenance & Safety:
  Maintain a clean workspace, perform basic daily saw inspections/blade changes, and follow all safety protocols.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience operating a sliding table saw, panel saw, or similar woodworking equipment in a cabinet, millwork, or furniture environment is highly preferred.
• Measurement Mastery:
  Ability to accurately read a tape measure (to at least 1/16") and apply basic math skills involving fractions and dimensions.
• Material Savvy:
  Ability to identify and distinguish various sheet goods, laminates, and wood species.
• Physical Ability:
  Comfortable standing/walking throughout the day, lifting up to 50 lbs individually, and maneuvering large 4' x 8' sheet goods with assistance.
• Mindset:
  Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, great attention to detail, and a strict commitment to workplace safety.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
