Sales & Marketing Director

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and brand visibility for our assisted living and memory care communities. In this resident-first, family-oriented environment, you will design and execute sales and marketing strategies that reflect our commitment to dignity, independence, and personalized care. You will coach community sales teams, build strong referral networks, and manage multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain residents.

Collaborating closely with operations and care teams, you'll use data and market insights to drive performance while nurturing a warm, home-like experience for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue across communities
• Lead, coach, and mentor community sales teams to meet and exceed move-in and retention goals
• Build and manage referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
• Oversee digital, print, and event marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards
• Analyze market trends, lead data, and KPIs to optimize sales funnels and conversion rates
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a cohesive, resident-first experience
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROIEnsure consistent brand messaging across communities and communication channels
• Support new community openings, promotions, and local outreach initiatives
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to executive leadership
