Department Lead - Automotive​/Hardware​/Tools

Rural King -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, planogram sets and department cleanliness to maintain high standards;
Adhere to indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent department and signing standards and appealing displays;
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels via regular stock counts and replenishment from stockroom or top stock;
Coordinate and execute price changes accurately and efficiently with relevant teams to update pricing labels and signage;
Provide friendly, proactive customer service and support at the front end, including processing transactions or loadouts as required
