Building Maintenance Tech

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Tech to support our apartment communities and affordable housing properties across Western Pennsylvania. In this hands-on role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and unit turnover work. You will complete work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance to keep buildings safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

Working closely with property managers and residents, you'll provide timely, professional service that reflects our resident-focused, service-oriented culture. This position is field-based at managed properties and offers opportunities for growth within a stable, regional property management company.
