What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Prepare consolidated P&L statements and balance sheet analyses for leadership
• Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records while ensuring data accuracy
• Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting workflows
• Collaborate across departments to meet deadlines and complete bank reconciliations
• Research complex accounting issues and recommend solutions
• Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
• PE-backed company experience highly preferred
