Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization to hire a Senior Accountant to support both operational accounting and financial reporting. This role is well suited for a strong senior, or an early-career manager coming out of public accounting, who wants broader ownership and visibility without jumping straight into people management.

This is a hybrid role with meaningful exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement during a period of centralization and systems evolution.

• Own balance sheet, income statement, and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare and review journal entries including revenue-related activity
• Support financial reporting and technical accounting under GAAP
• Analyze results and investigate variances for assigned entities
• Assist with payroll, cash, and credit card reconciliations
• Participate heavily in process improvement and transition initiatives
• Support month-end close and ad hoc reporting needs
• Collaborate closely with operational leaders and accounting leadership

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience
• Strong foundation in GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Financial reporting or technical accounting exposure preferred
• Public accounting background a plus, especially at the senior or early manager level
• Experience in multi-entity or complex environments
• Comfortable working through manual processes while helping move toward automation
• Execution-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
• Strong communicator who works well across teams
