LHH is partnered with a well-known, stable hospitality company to fill a Property Accountant position. This role offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team with a strong culture and an exceptionally low turnover rate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end close process for approximately 10 hotel properties
- Prepare financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Support various ad hoc and special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred
- Hospitality or real estate experience is a plus
