Overview
Schneider Electric is offering a hybrid Accounting Manager position (2‑3 days a week from the office) in Franklin, TN, with additional locations available in Boston, MA;
Dallas, TX; and Westmont, IL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Finance organization and establish procedures and controls to ensure adherence to IFRS accounting standards and company policies.
- Ensure that all financial statements are reported timely to the Parent Company.
- Be responsible for accuracy, timelines, and the general integrity of the accounting function and related reports.
- Influence, collaborate, and maintain effectiveness as key drivers of the position.
- Oversee U.S. government reporting requirements.
- Lead critical process transformation initiatives.
- Manage various internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment and build strong competencies in the team.
- CPA or master’s degree in accounting & finance.
- At least 7 years of public accounting experience.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience (staffing, performance and task delegation, salary reviews, etc.).
- Technical accounting expertise.
- Must currently be an accounting manager or above.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced PC skills (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Preferred skills:
Tableau, Python, R, Alteryx. - Experience in specialized ERP (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Experience developing strong relationships with business partners.
The expected compensation range for this U.S. based, full‑time position is $142,400 – $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.
