Accounting Manager

Overview

Schneider Electric is offering a hybrid Accounting Manager position (2‑3 days a week from the office) in Franklin, TN, with additional locations available in Boston, MA;
Dallas, TX; and Westmont, IL.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Finance organization and establish procedures and controls to ensure adherence to IFRS accounting standards and company policies.
• Ensure that all financial statements are reported timely to the Parent Company.
• Be responsible for accuracy, timelines, and the general integrity of the accounting function and related reports.
• Influence, collaborate, and maintain effectiveness as key drivers of the position.
• Oversee U.S. government reporting requirements.
• Lead critical process transformation initiatives.
• Manage various internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment and build strong competencies in the team.

• CPA or master’s degree in accounting & finance.
• At least 7 years of public accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience (staffing, performance and task delegation, salary reviews, etc.).
• Technical accounting expertise.
• Must currently be an accounting manager or above.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced PC skills (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
• Preferred skills:
  Tableau, Python, R, Alteryx.
• Experience in specialized ERP (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Experience developing strong relationships with business partners.

The expected compensation range for this U.S. based, full‑time position is $142,400 – $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.
