Accounts Receivable Representative: III

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively while also handling independent responsibilities.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support the accounting team by managing invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong communication skills and an investigative mindset to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections.

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Record and reconcile incoming payments, including checks and electronic transactions
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances and payment status
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Answer inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Support the accounting team with administrative and project-based tasks
• Perform backup duties within the accounting department as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Prior exposure to accounting systems or financial software
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.57/hr.
