LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Hospitality industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to support an established and growing accounting team.
About the Role- Compensation: $52,000-$57,000 annually

- Process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Assist with weekly payment runs, ACH payments, and check processing
- Manage vendor setup, maintain W9s, and update records as needed
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items
- Support month‑end activities and assist with additional accounting tasks as needed
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience in any accounting or finance environment is a plus
- Strong accuracy, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and general accounting software or ERP systems

Pay Details$52,000.00 to $57,000.00 per year
