• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and files
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audit preparations and respond to audit inquiries related to accounts payable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
