Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will be responsible for managing key accounting processes, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support financial statement preparation.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation requested by internal and external auditors.
• Support improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
