LHH is partnering with a mid‑sized manufacturing company on a newly created Staff Accountant opportunity!

- Support the month‑end close process through the preparation and posting of journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, research variances, and resolve discrepancies through detailed financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support departmental goals and accounting initiatives.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Participate in process improvement efforts focused on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide support on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to assist the accounting team and business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ year of accounting or external audit experience (internships count!)
