Customer Account Resolution Specialist

Wesley Group, a Chicago-based advisory and consulting firm, is seeking a Customer Account Resolution Specialist to manage complex client account issues and support revenue integrity. In this role, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, resolve disputes, and drive timely collections to strengthen cash flow and client relationships.
