AP/Data Entry Specialist

In this role, you'll help ensure transportation-related invoices are accurate, properly documented, and processed efficiently. You'll work closely with carriers and internal stakeholders to investigate billing discrepancies, validate charges, and help support timely payment activity.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing freight and transportation invoices for accuracy
• Comparing billed charges against agreed-upon rates and contracts
• Identifying and researching exceptions, discrepancies, and overcharges
• Communicating with carriers to resolve invoice-related questions
• Maintaining detailed documentation of audits, corrections, and resolutions
• Supporting compliance with company financial controls and approval processes
• Assisting with high-volume invoice processing while meeting service expectations

Candidates with experience in accounting support, invoice reconciliation, billing administration, or transportation operations are encouraged to apply.

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, or invoice reconciliation
• Strong data entry and administrative accuracy skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
