We are partnering with a growing and well-established Private Equity backed distribution company in the Franklin area that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their accounting team.

- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close activities
- Maintain general ledger activity and support financial reporting processes
- Handle balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with fixed asset and lease accounting activities
- Support audits and help improve accounting procedures and internal controls
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams across multiple locations
- Compensation up to $95,000
- Hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per week

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- ERP system experience preferred (Net Suite experience is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
