• Manage tax compliance and tax planning engagements for real estate clients
• Review complex federal and state tax returns
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and planning opportunities
• Mentor and develop tax professionals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct technical tax research and provide practical solutions
• Oversee multiple engagements while ensuring quality and timely delivery

• CPA or EA required
• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Significant real estate tax experience required
• Strong knowledge of partnerships, pass-through entities, and complex tax structures
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
