• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus

• Own key pieces of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Review balance sheet activity and investigate variances or unusual items
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Analyze financial results and help explain trends and period-over-period changes
• Partner with teams across the business to resolve accounting questions and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist with annual audit requests and supporting schedules
• Help strengthen accounting processes, controls, and documentation as the organization continues to grow
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring work and improve overall efficiency
• Take on additional accounting projects and analyses based on business needs
