This role is a vital part of our Accounting Team and plays a key role in delivering the exceptional experience our customers and employees have come to expect. We are looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, values accuracy, and communicates clearly. Process documents for state registration, ensuring all tax and title paperwork is accurate and complete
Handle all payoffs, registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, license plate issuance, and transfers
Obtain and maintain dealer titles and MSOs for inventory
Submit title work for sold vehicles to the DMV
Send bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts to appropriate agencies
Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures
Maintain organized files related to vehicle sales, pricing, payments, warranties, and service contracts
Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
Exemplifies an Attitude of Excellence
Automotive dealership experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Computer literate with strong written communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Committed to providing high-quality customer service
Comfortable working with all levels of employees
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
