This is an on-site, contract role based in Franklin, TN, for a Receptionist / Entry Level Data Entry / Administrative Duties position. The individual in this role will greet visitors, answer and route incoming phone calls, and provide courteous, professional front-desk support. Daily responsibilities include handling basic clerical tasks, opening, scanning, and entry of mail into appropriate client files through our client management system.
Maintaining organized files and records, performing data entry with attention to detail, and assisting with scheduling and calendar coordination. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, supporting attorneys and staff with administrative needs, and ensuring the reception area and office spaces remain orderly. The position requires reliability, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for clients and colleagues.
Additional office tasks, client relationship management, and client service oriented tasks as well. The starting wage is $12.00 an hour with twice a month paychecks delivered via direct deposit from ADP.
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills, including answering calls, routing inquiries, and greeting visitors professionally.
- Clerical skills such as data entry, filing, document organization, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and clearly with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work reliably in a fast-paced legal office environment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in office administration or related fields is a plus.
