Event Planner; Concierge Corporate VIP

If you have 5+ years of experience in luxury event planning and executive/personal assistance, travel planning, or concierge service supporting a company principal/owner and their family, this could be a great role for you! 30-40% travel required!

• Plan and execute 50+ high-touch VIP events per year, from small personal gatherings to large-scale galas and corporate events
• Research and coordinate complex domestic and international travel air, cars, accommodations, itineraries, and trip presentations for leadership
• Provide on-site and off-site white glove concierge support to family members and VIPs (weekday and weekend availability required)
• Manage itineraries, travel documents, expense reports, budgeting, and vendor coordination
• Maintain on-call availability for travel changes, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Take on personal assistant capacity at events, directly supporting the Principal and their family with real-time needs

• 5+ years full time experience as a Luxury Event Planner
• Ideally additional experience as Executive/Personal Assistant, Travel Planner, or Concierge professional
• Proven experience managing VIP events with multi-day overnight support
• Exceptional high-touch service, polished communication, and detail-oriented follow-through
• Software proficiency:
  Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Asana, Sabre, and event management software
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30-40% of the year
• $80-90k annually, based on experience (with upward flexibility per experience)
