What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with service advisors and service manager to ensure accurate repair plans
- Provide labor and time estimates for service jobs
- Run all appropriate test plans and follow proper repair procedures for warranty repairs. (providing labor operations/times)
- Document completed work with clarity and thoroughness
- Maintain and follow all safety and vehicle care standards
- Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed
- Stay current on technical bulletins, factory updates, and training requirements
- Experience with VW, Audi, or other European brands strongly preferred
- Solid diagnostic skills, technical ability, and a strong work ethic
- A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on quality. Our culture is one of our most important focuses here at VW Cool Springs
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED; manufacturer training is a plus
- Strong desire to advance your career in a high-performance environment
