Responsabilités
- Participer à la gestion opérationnelle du restaurant.
- Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe au quotidien.
- Veiller à la qualité du service et à la satisfaction client.
- Gérer les plannings et l’organisation des équipes.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, flux, etc.).
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et des commandes.
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
- Contribuer au développement commercial du point de vente.
- Rigoureux.
- Aisance relationnelle.
- Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation).
Poste à pourvoir à ANNECY (74000) dès Juillet.
Formation prise en charge à 100% par l’entreprise.
Rémunération selon niveau d’études + âge !
