Achieve more with Volt. Volt is immediately hiring for Facility Management in Franklin, TN. As a Facility Management, you will:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional workspace

Manage front desk and reception activities, ensuring a professional guest experience

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services

Monitor office supplies and handle procurement, including purchase order (PO) processing

Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly set up, stocked, and maintained

Schedule and supervise vendor visits, ensuring work is completed as expected

Support security-related processes, including badge management and access coordination

Handle basic shipping and receiving support, including courier coordination

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Ensure timely resolution of service requests via tools like Service Now and Teams

Proactively identify and resolve facilities-related issues to improve workplace efficiency

This is a full-time contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in guest relations, reception, or office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).

Basic understanding of office equipment.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Benefits:
