Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Sub-Same Day (SSD-Core, OE)

Join the Sub‑Same Day (SSD‑Core) Labor Planning delivery team to provide faster‑than‑same‑day delivery across North America. We seek an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross‑functional, and technology projects and programs within SSD Last‑Mile Delivery.
Responsibilities- Develop overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside the organization to deliver cross‑functional goals.
- Define the program (mission, vision, tenets); set objectives; analyze data and drive improvements quantified with metrics.
- Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, AI, and other data management systems.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Monitor existing metrics, build new metrics, and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions.
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes.
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
- Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, tech, product, science partners and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects.
- Adopt a general‑manager/owner mentality and roll up sleeves as needed.

- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
