Our community is busy, active, and fast-paced
, so we are looking for a true master multi-tasker who can confidently balance business office responsibilities, front desk duties, phone calls, visitors, resident and family needs, employee questions, and the many unexpected things that can come up throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a genuine people person who enjoys interacting with others, is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes business office position. Our Business Office Director is an important part of the daily heartbeat of our community and works closely with residents, families, employees, department directors, and the Executive Director.
