Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. This includes supervising the field labor force, monitoring costs, conducting inspections, managing schedules, and managing internal/external relationships, while also maintaining a safe, injury-free environment. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
