Electrical Estimator

We are working with a leading electrical contractor on a large-scale data center construction project and are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to support the project from estimating through execution.

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, scope documents, and bid packages to develop accurate takeoffs and pricing.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs for electrical systems, including power distribution, switch gear, transformers, feeders, lighting, controls, and related equipment.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to develop budgets and proposals.
• Review subcontractor and vendor quotes and identify scope gaps or discrepancies.
• Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and project updates as the work progresses.
• Participate in preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and project handoff.

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably within data center, mission-critical, commercial, or large-scale electrical construction

• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, and systems.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, specifications, one-lines, and equipment schedules.
• Ability to perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs and develop labor and material pricing.
• Experience with estimating software such as Accu Build, McCormick, Trimble, or similar.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar drawing/takeoff software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
