Dallas Bay Church in Hixson, TN seeks a Worship Pastor to shepherd a multi-generational faith community through worship, media and creative ministry. Reporting to the Senior Pastor, you will oversee a blended Sunday morning experience with choir, orchestra and full band, plus AV and media teams.
You bring a Bachelor’s in Worship Ministry or related field and 5+ years in church worship leadership, strong musical ability, SBC theology, and pastoral mentorship.
