Based in Franklin, Tennessee, we provide branding, strategic marketing, media and consulting services for clients across the US. A designer at FMS is an important part of our team. We’re looking for a creative with insatiable curiosity and a desire to always get better, someone with a love of ideas, design, and a keen attention to detail. The right designer will have knowledge of both print and digital design best practices, and animation or motion experience is a big plus.

If you’ve got exceptional design skills, a good sense of humor, good communication skills and a solid work ethic, you’ll be right at home here.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Our designers get their hands on brand identity systems, advertising, print, digital, video, and all other manner of brand-related work. You’ll be working within existing brand structures as well as helping to create new ones.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, extra points for After Effects), Figma, Office, Slack
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Understanding of digital and print production best practices
• Ability to work under timelines without compromising performance or accuracy
• Work well in a team environment and enjoy collaboration
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines
• Motion / Animation not required but very welcome
