Location
This role is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee.
Compensation$15.00 per hour, plus a $0.60 bilingual differential. Additional shift differential and incentives may apply. Salary ranges are a general guideline only; actual pay varies by qualifications, experience, geographic location, and business conditions.
Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in Spanish and English.
- Assist customers with confirming refunds, processing payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Offer additional products during each customer interaction to promote sales.
- De‑escalate unique situations while maintaining a fast‑paced call volume.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
- Work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
- 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a virtual environment.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of styles.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens effectively.
- Follow HSN computer system requirements.
- Problem‑solve technical issues independently; partner with IT when needed.
