Location

This role is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour, plus a $0.60 bilingual differential. Additional shift differential and incentives may apply. Salary ranges are a general guideline only; actual pay varies by qualifications, experience, geographic location, and business conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in Spanish and English.
  • Assist customers with confirming refunds, processing payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
  • Offer additional products during each customer interaction to promote sales.
  • De‑escalate unique situations while maintaining a fast‑paced call volume.
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
Qualifications
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of styles.
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens effectively.
  • Follow HSN computer system requirements.
  • Problem‑solve technical issues independently; partner with IT when needed.
  • Provide a distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
