Customer Service

Wesley Group, a Chicago-based advisory and consulting firm, is seeking a Customer Service professional to support our clients and internal consulting teams. In this role, you'll be a primary point of contact for client inquiries, capturing and tracking requests, coordinating responses with project teams, and ensuring timely, professional communication. You'll use CRM and ticketing tools to log interactions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
