Job Description
The Representative handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, supports customers with professionalism, and schedules appointments accurately and efficiently. This role provides friendly, service-oriented assistance, documents all interactions in CRM systems, and collaborates closely with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Shift TimesMonday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, professional support to every caller while managing a high volume of calls.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM and related software systems.
- Assist customers with concerns, follow-ups, and problem resolution in a timely and courteous manner.
- Stay up to date on services to provide accurate, clear information to customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, and leadership to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Apply strong phone etiquette and a professional phone presence in all customer interactions.
- Use computer and CRM systems to manage customer information, appointments, and service records.
- Multitask by handling calls, data entry, and scheduling while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate service-oriented behavior and a customer-first mindset in all activities.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and sharing information as needed.
- Comfort using the phone and managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills, particularly in a call center or phone-based setting.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining strong time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail when entering data and scheduling appointments.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and basic data entry.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly and adapt to changes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a dependable and collaborative approach.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication and phone presence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort making outbound calls as well as handling inbound calls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with inbound and outbound customer calls in a service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in a customer service call center environment.
- Strong customer interaction skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools and software quickly.
This role is based in an office environment. You will work at a computer using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other standard office software while handling inbound and outbound calls. The setting supports a team-oriented culture where collaboration, clear communication, and dependable attendance are important. The position involves consistent phone-based work, data entry, and coordination with other office-based team members.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
