The Spa Host is responsible for the overall guest experience from start to finish. This role includes curating the spa & wellness journey, communicating with the greeters cabin, valet and other departments, preparing the guest for their spa day, assisting guests with questions regarding specific spa services and products, checking the guest into the computer system and modifying appointments as needed, collaborating with back of house support team to guide the guest through their spa journey and charging for services performed.
Occasionally the concierge may assist with restaurant reservations, activities, or other hotel needs.
- Greet guests warmly and provide an overview of their spa experience
- Curate and personalize the guest's wellness journey from arrival to departure
- Communicate with the greeter’s cabin, valet, and other departments to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Assist guests with check-in, including entering and updating information in the computer system
- Modify and manage spa appointments as needed
- Answer guest inquiries regarding spa services, products, and amenities
