This position is 100% in office, remote work is not available.

• Answer incoming calls and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate moving quotes and information about our services.
• Schedule and coordinate moves based on customer needs and availability.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into booked moves.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM system accordingly.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure clear communication and service delivery.
• Uphold the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values and promote a positive brand image.
• Close sales and help meet monthly individual and team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
