• Provide empathetic chair‑side support
  Charting, patient education, and calm presence.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a welcoming operatory
  Keep the schedule on time and the environment comfortable.
• Take and process X‑rays
  Capture diagnostic images accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and treatment plans per Dentist’s instructions
  Document consistent, precise charts.
• Keep operatories and equipment clean and sterilized
  Maintain sterilization standards.
• Track and prepare lab cases in advance of daily schedules
  Prepare crowns and appliances ahead of time.
• Process treatment plans, present to patients, enter notes, and collect chairside payments

• Compassionate, detail‑oriented, warm demeanor, and love for teamwork.
• Team player ready to help and create a calm patient experience.
• Dental Assisting Certification (state of TN) from an accredited school.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• X‑ray Certification (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certification preferred.
