Patient-Centered Dental Startup - General Dentist PPO and Fee For Service is looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. Office is focused on providing a spa-like, fear-free experience for patients. Dentist/Owner has been practicing in Franklin for 9 years and has a well established reputation in the area.

We are seeking a positive, team-oriented, and proactive individual who wants to be part of something new and exciting.

Dental Haven -

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice.
• Check-in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments according to protocol and patient preferences.
• Check the daily schedule for accuracy.
• Gather insurance information from patients, accurately verify and submit insurance.
• In conjunction with clinical staff, coordinate and present Treatment Plans to patients .

What do you need to have to be a part of our team?

• 5+ years of experience in General Dentistry
• Punctual, well organized and a self-starter
• A welcoming smile and positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The desire and ability to connect with and serve patients
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

Location:

Berry Farms in Franklin, TN

Salary Range: $25-32/hour (flexible based on the right candidate)
